    1:40 Red pepper
    1:49 Salt
    1:57 Black pepper
    2:418 Chop the onion
    2:32 Frying oil
    2:40 Fry & cook each side of salmon for 4-5 minutes with high heat
    5:44 Olive oil
    5:49 Fry & cook onion until it is lightly golden brown
    6:29 Chop 4-5 mushrooms
    7:31 Fry & cook mushrooms for 4-5 minutes
    7:37 Baby spinach
    Heat for few minutes
    8:02 Garlic powder
    8:16 Chili flakes
    9:01 Serve it with lemon juice
