10-Minute Tostada

We made this recipe up just to see if it would work in our new Ninja air fryer using parchment paper liners -- hence no clean-up. It worked very well. I made and ate two!
Next time I would add some shredded lettuce and chopped tomato but that's about it.
We will have a full review of the new Ninja in a day or so.
