LEM Bone Saw - First Time Use

  • This was our first time to use the Lem bone saw. We cut a deep frozen foreleg shank and it did really great! (We are not butchers, harvested our own cow and purchased this bone saw for those more difficult pieces)

    no se debe usar el guante anticortes mientras se usa la sierra, ley basica de la carniceria... saludos desde uruguay, cuidense sus manos

    Are you not cooking the meat when running it so slowly into the saw

      First time using it and didnt want to apply too much pressure. We didnt notice anything when we defrosted and cooked. Meat was good :-)

    A proper meat saw should have a rolling table. 18 year meat cutter. Better than by hand tho

      Definitely better! We tried to do it by hand when we first harvested the meat. With this at home machine we were able to get it all done quickly and neatly. It's definitely worth the investment for an at home butcher.
