    So did you charge customer for fixing your error?

    • @DentTrainer
      @DentTrainer  Před 5 lety +13

      Why don't people pay attention? I fixed the dent completely and showed the rest on denttrainer.com And yes, I charged them because the repair was successful and this video was meant to teach others not to make the same mistake or you'll have a bigger challenge.

    • @jackbotman
      @jackbotman Před 5 lety +14

      I think he meant, did you charge them extra, cause the error was in addition to the original problem which racked up the time frame and so on, so it would cost more over all.
      I'm sure you charged them just for the original problem :)

    Thanks for posting this. People tend to forget that in any job, it’s the mistakes that you learn from the most.
    I’ve been researching PDR for a bit now in the hopes of fixing a couple dents in a used truck I just purchased. All the videos I’ve watched so far show what to do. This video opened my eyes a little to make sure I have the tool in the proper position before attempting the repair.

    Hey Mike, question about removing a dent on a 04 sierra ext cab on the rear door. The dent isn't that bad (couldn't see it when I bought the truck) but it is there. It's almost like someone closed the door too hard and creased the center when closing it. Can this be fixed with hot water or easily with the glue pull or am I likely to cause more damage (paint, new dents) by not bringing it to a professional?
