Since Godzilla evolves 20 times the same energy and can store 20 times more energy, it is certain that the supercharged evolved Godzilla can create a nuclear pulse at will. While he is charging himself in this scene, when you look at the tips of his hands, atomic energy suddenly comes out. This shows that Godzilla can shoot atomic beams from his arms.
