Yes Queen Elizabeth was totally genuine and authentic, she never did or said a false thing in her life.

Rather, her singular concern is to serve the country that she "owns" (in theory anyway) and therefore do her best to uplift and protect it's people Not one scandal has touched this lady which is remarkable considering who she was married to. Even the shadow over son Andrew cannot come near her. She has walked the walk. When her father became king his advisors said it wasn't too late for him to have a son, and he said, "I most certainly will not! She [Elizabeth] is amazing!"
You couldn’t expect her Majesty to remember everyone she met over 10 years ago. She must meet hundreds of new faces every year. Personally I think she is a remarkable lady.

You're all right, yes 1st of all she'll not be able to remember everyone she meets unless it's a known person, non of us could of we have to meet as many people as she does.
The expression on her face (body language) was kind of....yikes don't get that on public view! or, why I wasn't prepared for this?
