1997 I had one of the fastest street cars around……. It was actually my buddy Pats Silver Anniversary Firebird. .060” 455 that I built, ported 6x heads Lunati solid flat tappet with BBC lifters and roller rockers. I had the heads milled for alittle compression. We found a set of Super Duty rods and hung some TRW pistons. Turbo 350 with a 10” 3200 stall and 3.73 gears 11.90 on motor and 11.17 on a 125 power shot. Love to see the Pontiac mill between the fenders
Hey Iron man.. two things, from someone who has been mounting tires for my cars since I was a kid 40 years ago.. soapy water on the bead helps the tire slip in. Also the screwdrivers can mess up the beads so pick up some spoons or a couple flat bars like tire machines have. There is a channel that shows how to modify the HF style changer you and I have, its easy to do, holds the wheel without messing it up, and really simplifies the process. I would leave a link but they don't let me on here. If I find it I will put the link on your facebook post.
Awesome video, glad I found your channel. Thanks for sharing

Very cool!
Try pushing the rim in front first that way you can get into the drop zone of the wheel with the bead of the tire.
