Thank you very much. I had the major awakening a couple of weeks ago. Been in a relationship with a narcissist for almost 2 years. I am confrontational and never afraid to call him out (and yes, all arguments have turned ugly and in the end everything was my fault). I am grateful that I have realized this, before he could even ruin me completely. The only damage he did to me was almost having me brainwashed and love bombed me into believing that I mattered and that he was worthy and deserving of the numerous times I have taken him back and forgave him. I still thank God and my mom for spiritual guidance and being my moral compass and for always assuring me that I do not need this person in my life and that I am blessed with good people around me. This person will do nothing but destroy me and I have finally seen it. Through these videos, survivors like me are given the validation and education that leaving these people for good is the best decision we have ever made.

Im 4 months post discard by my husband of 12 years, I didn't realize the true monster he is until after hiw easily he shacked up with the secretary from his work in May. He filed for divorce but now hes holding up the process 😈 These people are little cowards 😈 Thanks for Empowering us🙏

Dank je wel voor deze goede adviesen. Mijn vader is een hele grote narcist en ik ben in alle grote valkuilen gelopen om hem proberen uit te leggen wat hij doet mij heel veel pijn doet. Maar hij wil het niet horen en hij ontkent alles. Sinds ik jouw podcasts ontdekt heb ga ik geen confrontaties meer aan. Ik probeer mijn leven op te pakken en hem links te laten liggen. En dat lijkt me te lukken ook. Het is moeilijk maar ik voel me wel sterker.
