Hey guys! You mention a lot the pros/cons of a good employer. Pro - has a training or mentor program. Con - doesn’t allow you to talk to your underwriter.
Could you do an episode on what to look for in an employer or some red flags of a not great employer as a brand new MLO.
Thanks! Sasha from Michigan (but originally a buckeye) :)

This is great. I’m new in the industry and I aspire to be an UW. Front of the line sales is not for me, but I love the industry and I’m an admin guy. It’s easy to get discouraged. Needed to hear this. ❤

Dustin, would you be able to bring someone on the podcast show who has funded a lot of deals per see and it is using a specific software or Microsoft Excel Spread Sheet for example to show multiple rate options, recoup schedule when presenting it to a client who is either Purchasing or Refinancing? Thank you!

Learning about this industry a little more as I prepare to become an MLO. At 14:41 , what is the 48-24 timeframe that you are speaking about?
