Hey coach Justin I don't know if you will reply or not but if you do, do you have any tips on how to stop hitting popups and groundouts??
Smooth level swing and good contact
Get one of those tracking sensors for the knob of your bat and check how level your swing is through the zone. Try to keep it around 10-14 degrees.
my parents tell me that i don’t practice enough. my brothers would always practice together but now they’re older so they can’t really practice with me. all i have is a wall to throw against and i don’t feel motivated to practice baseball as i once was. what should i do to feel motivated again?
Hey man I just started playing for the first time in my life but I play other sports but for me I’m competing for a spot on the team so that motivates me but for me I listen to music and just close my eyes and think about how there are other people working harder than me and that I gotta work the hardest. Best of luck⚾️
@@jamesdbz244 thanks
Why do you go back to 3rd in fair? I never really understood that?
From what I know, it’s just to help block the throw from the catcher back to third. If you come back in foul, the catcher has a really good angle to throw to the third baseman, but when you come back in fair, it takes that easy throw away and makes the catcher have to throw around you to throw you out
To block the throw from the catcher
You didn't talk about when to take the lead. You never mentioned the pitcher and him toeing the rubber...
