We used to have a Berner... they are such great dogs! We hope to get another pup someday, although prices have anywhere from doubled to quintupled since we got our Iko in 2006 (in fact all breeds including mixes have shot up, it's crazy), so we'll see....

Bailey is feeling very anxious with this new pup. He should be petting Bailey to calm him down and not laugh at him.
@@blessall8856 Bailey would have behaved differently if he was anxious. The reality is dogs are very social animals. They like to interact with each other without humans getting in the way. They crave attention almost all the time. It's stressful for them when not given enough of it or left alone. Compatible playmates with whom they can roughhouse at anytime helps relieve anxiety and boredom whenever the dog needs it not when owners have the interest or time.
