1.5 tsp of sugar (6 grams)
1.5 tsp of salt (7grams)
1.5 tsp of vegetable oil (6 grams)
600 grams of flour (4.5 cups)
boiling
in pot 4 - 5 cups of water 2 tbsp Of honey or syrup
boil them for 1 min per side
let them dry for 1 - 2 minutes
put in the oven for 15 - 20 min 230 C / 450 F
