They say they don't have to obey, that the laws don't apply to them - and yet they expect the cops to follow laws when it pertains to them behind the wheel. Of course there are other sov cit videos that don't involve cars, but these are everywhere. I so wish that officers wouldn't call a supervisor, that they would simply open the car doors and drag these morons out of their cars and onto the pavement. Judges should never, ever wave charges, and they should always, every single time, give these people jail time on top of whatever fines they accrue.
If one of my adult children called me at 2:00 in the morning and asked me to bail them out, they would get laughed at and hung up on.

I will never in a thousand years understand Sovereign Citizens. Here in Germany When you get pulled over almost everybody complies instantly because they know the Officer at the Stop has the Authority. Obviously i cannot talk for everyone but i've never seen someone asking for a supervisor or anything, just does not happen. Just Mind blowing this behaviour.
Maybe it has to do with the fact that we have to pay loads of money and go through several tests for our license and therefore understand what we can and cannot do on the roadways.
These people are schooled into what to say, and they all demand a supervisor .what do they think a supervisor will say.. Everybody needs a driving license to drive a car….I would have pulled her out of that car in 5 mins ….What the hell is going on in America…Take her away…She needs therapy..

I am in Mexico and despite people thinking it is lawless even down here you need to pay taxes, have a valid DL, have state issued plates, and liability insurance. more cops need to use force first and ask questions later once Sovcit nonsense is uttered by a suspect. The TABLE method, Taser-Assisted, Baton-Led Enforcement, is the best first line of correction in these cases. After that, the TOAD method is worth trying - Tasers Only All Day.
The Smith & Wesson approach is much more effective.

I used to work LP for a major retailer. When someone refused to give the police their name. The police would just calmly say, "We'll take you to jail and you can stay there until we figure out who you are?" That made them talk every time.

The funniest thing I ever saw in traffic court was with about 10 people on the front row that failed to pay payment plans they had previously received.
The judge stood them up one at a time and after a brief conversation he would say the same thing like a recording when they would ask for a payment plan.
“You didn’t pay it before, I don’t know why you would pay it now, bailiff.”
The bailiff would take them by the arm and to the holding cell.
It was absolutely hilarious

This officer is one of the bestest EVER! He never losses his cool or composure while time after time putting this little brat into her place. If officers across the country would all follow suit (while having the support of upper officials/politicians) this lame “movement” would be stopped in its tracks within a couple months.
Well,.erm, I think the term 'movement' is too much honour. This whole whacky thing including the 'common law' thing that doesn't exist and the idea that 'traveling' in a car, partaking in traffic, steering that vehicle, accelerating and braking, reacting to others that are on the road, avoiding them, maybe overtaking them by times, and even speeding, all would not amount to driving but just would be 'traveling', the completely imaginary and made up thing about the 'commercial' vehicle as opposed to, well, who knows, one that also transports its driver and possibly others and/or stuff, ... it all has been dreamed up by someone who is completely delusional (or maybe someone who enjoys tricking idiots, getting them in trouble when they put belief into a bunch of baloney they made up themselves, someone who may be somewhat sadist). I love these idiots. What police need to tell them is they do have a right to travel, they can walk wherever they want. But to drive a vehicle you are required to have a DL, insurance and registration. Without those you have no right to “travel” in a car!
My father was deputy sheriff way back in the 70's. He told my brother and I when we started driving nothing spoils an argument like the facts. Keep up the good work.

States should start issuing "Traveler's Licenses" and make them harder to get than a driver's license.

The best part is even if she was operating a boat she would still need a license. You are required to have a license to operate any motorized vehicle. 🙂
In Florida boating education cards (the equivalent of a DL) are only required for those born after 1987.
This cop has my respect for the way he's talking to her. This is exactly what she deserves and what she needs to hear.

oh they have been onto it for awhile now. Which is both good and bad. Early on the cops had no idea what was going on while at the same time the sovcits were much more convinced this will work. This ended up with a LOT of windows broken. I sorta miss those days.
And on top of that, she has a gun and cocaine in her car and a warrant for her arrest, but she is going to "Educate" the Officer of the law! LMAO I can't imagine being this disconnected from reality!
