- Pork tenderloin is one of the leanest and most tender cuts of pork. That means dinner you can feel good about! Here are the basics:
1.) Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
2.) Remove the silver skin from you tenderloin
3.) Season both sides as desired with favorite flavors
4.) Heat oil in a skillet on medium-high
5.) Cook the tenderloin 2-4 minutes per side (8-12 minutes total)
6.) Transfer to the oven (in an oven-safe dish!) and cook for an additional 12-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reads 145 degrees F
7.) Let it rest 3 minutes
8.) ENJOY!

To all people saying “eeeh its pink” you can eat it safely... besides I dont think you need to “kill” it second time... if you know what I mean by that :-)
i comment on every ad i get so hi
Oven temperature???????????????????????
If you want to roast in the oven, we suggest 425 degrees F and cooking it for 20-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
At the start of the video...... literally the first step.
@@damoosh4679 hahahaha!!!!! I didn’t notice that myself either! Thank you for pointing it out.
Pork people relax it use to be165 because they are slop now there grain fed which is why you wont get shigella 135 to 145 is perfect.
Hello...how are you doing
Should pork be pink??
BrokenLifeCycle not really but its the temperature that really makes it safe anything that can hurt you is cooked off at a specific heat so i doubt a tiny bit of pink would last once rested id assume it would be fully cooked as it comtinues to cook until the temperature cools down
the old fears that pork with any pink would give you worms are no longer true.
Alatina Thucklemuggin Where did u read this?
Adriana Canales Google it. Per the USDA, pork should be cooked to 145 degrees F.
Damm i think 12 minutes on 425 is to hot or too long its pretty dry

+GhostCat I fucking love meat. Pigs are filthy swine, and I don't like propaganda for self-defilement.
lol Pigs are filthy swine? They probably think the same about you.
Truth is pigs are delicious. Especially when they've run and dug around in fields and forests during their life.
+Ed Jack Last I checked, human beings do not sleep and root in their own faeces, thank you kindly. As for the views, good, and wrong; the video will get views, the comments will get almost none.
Raw PORK?
"season both sides* um where is the seasoning tho

Season with whatever spices you like!
Way too pink......why ? Not good pink pork, everyone knows that ? Why was this posted ?
1000Goldlady pork loin can and use better to be cooked this way
Fresh pork whole muscle cuts like pork tenderloin are safe to eat when cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, which will be a blush pink color. Doneness is personal preference, but just know it will be safe to eat at 145F!
Pull at 140!!! It’ll go to 145 while resting
Nope, that's too pink for me.
Then cook it longer
annabodhi38 educate yourself
Too pink. Not done on the inside
Pork is actually safe to eat once it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, which is a blush pink color!
@@nationalporkboard I’m guessing this was even above 145° as it was 145° in the oven, and the temp. likely rose more as it rested. It looks perfectly tender. It needs more seasonings or a nice pan sauce. 😊.
I'm a vegetarian ........
Edit: I dunno why i am watching this but...Its still pink...
Edit2: don't come for me ik ppl like their food like that but pork and beef is nasty to me
Omg I didn’t vegetarians think that meat is disgusting to them 😮🙄
