Gas Can Upgrade

Topping off the BCS 853 fuel tank, checking the oil, and upgrading a silly gas can spout to a simpler design.
All that needs to be done is to drill a 1/2" hole for the vent, push in the vent (takes some effort), and screw on the new spout.
