Thank you so much. I needed to quantum leap backwards 2 years into the past to get information for 2024 to know how to reduce the sensitivity level for the lane departure warning.
Thanks for the Help❤❤, this helped me so much. Oh yeah.
Nobody can tell me what the actual effect of turning down the sensitivity does other than it makes “it” less sensitive. Please help
It decreases the amount of feedback you feel in the steering wheel. It's a less dramatic "push" or "pull"
@@lakecharlestoyota Thank you
@@jimbob4456This Lta indicator is the dumbest feature in the history of cars. Every 10 seconds i'm driving it's beeping.
If you need this feature, you shouldn't be driving. I hope Toyota has a way to disable this feature on my 2023 Camry.
There's no way in history I'm driving this car with all this beeping. I would rather trade it in for a Honda Accord.
music should be louder and over whole video
My lane tracing assist only works part of the time. Brought to my dealer twice and no answer. Out of 150 mile ride on I35 might work 20 miles of it. Any ideas?
Same
Love that you did this directly when the sun was shining on the screen🤡
Hard to see
Why is it not an issue around town on flat lands. It is an issue when we are doing a lot of highway driving with construction?
This system uses onboard cameras to see the painted lanes and when construction zones deviate from the striped lanes, the system doesn't know where your vehicle belongs. I agree with you that it's frustrating.
@@lakecharlestoyota interesting. Thanks.
I want to disable it completely is it possible? Every time I turn on the car It automatically turns on can it stay off always?
at :36 seconds Jessica points the the button on the steering wheel that turns the safety feature on and off. Thanks for watching, Jose
@@lakecharlestoyota lol thanks for your reply but you didn't answer the question. I know what Jessica points out at :36 seconds... ´but I want it to be always off, I DONT WANT TO KEEP TURNING IT OFF EVERYTIME I TURN ON THE CAR. The system is quite annoying and dangerous. Honestly TOYOTA should do something about it it´s really not a so-called safety feature more like DANGEROUS FEATURE that can make you crash. Thanks!!
@@josedaccarett6634 hold on the lane assist botton for 3 seconds it will turn off completely
@@hashimsadiq8107 yes i did that the problem is when i turn the car back on it automatically turns on by default. Its annoying everytime I turn on the car i have to keep pressing the button 3 seconds.
Im starting to think I cant turn it off at all. Nobody actually shows how to turn it all the way off. And no the button at 36 seconds only turns off the departure. It doesn't stop it from steering the wheel on its own thats incredibly scary I hate it so much
Hold done on the lane assist botton for 3 seconds it will turn off
@@hashimsadiq8107 only when you are in a specific screen on the dash, I made my own video about it thats way more clear than this one.
@@weemankyle I just watched your video I ment to say hold down on the lane assist botton. I did it on my Highlander today but hey thanks for the CZcams video it will help a lot of people out there
@@hashimsadiq8107 yea no problem i hope it helps some people out. I ended up having toyotas service manager show me how to do it.
Toyota should increase it to 42 MPH like GM motors
It’s too early
This shitt gonna make you crash 100%
If you don't care for the system, it's easily disabled. Your choice.
@@lakecharlestoyota it’s not u can’t disable it
@@aysarsaleh1645 you can hold on the lane assist botton for 3 seconds
@@aysarsaleh1645 you can disable it fully look at my channel I made a short howto
@@weemankyle ya I don’t get why they do that on newer cars like u can actually crash if you goin on a turning lane
Crappy video too much glare
I don't want to "enjoy" this feature at all! I want it OFF, but you didn't address that request.
at :36 seconds Jessica points the the button on the steering wheel that turns the safety feature on and off. Thanks for watching, Mary
It’s so simple. If that button had teeth it would bite you as my grandma would say
