I think I miss Rob
I wish I could actually watch it like in year's past. Higlight are not much better than nothing. Really miss seeing full events. Especially with Rob Warner.

RACHEL STILL F'ING RULES... We ALL miss ROB, But i TRULY feel that Rick And CG Did a DECENT Job and Deserve RESPECT... The highlights DEFINITELY need to be longer tho... The New Race format WILL take time to get used to for us Fans, NOT just the racers..It will only get Better from here peeps !!!!!
Big ups Rach!! Fantastic, seems there are a lot of bummed people about the new format. But change is good, I am probably one of the most die hard Warner fans out there, But Ric and Cedric killed it. CG will still smoke any of you on a track so can it. Short and sweet for the highlight reel is good. All of the teams and vloggers will be putting out there own content in a few days and you can see all of the race. Good job GMBM, from extremely skeptical to stoked in 1 race. The semis and the final on the same day is good, fitness will start playing more of a role. Surfiers sometimes have to surf all day multiple heats for the final. Training will show now, keep it up team!!!

Six minutes 46 long. The first 1'02" is taken up with filler that's completely irrelevant to virtually anyone interested in DH and anyone new to it will be put off by the waffle. Tighten this stuff up @GMBN Racing

@@eightlivesdownmtb Again and again Warner and Bart used to waffle on and on with irrevant b/s whilst changes were taking in place in the race leadership that they couldnt bother their arses talking about - they were rubbish to be honest

Wait? What? "Highlights" wow, talk about doing the contractual minimum GCN. How exactly is this going to "take the sport forward" UCI?
All these athletes really show that you can be very competitive, at the top of a sport, battling it out like crazy monkeys and still be friends and sportive to each other at the bottom. There are a lot of sports which could learn a thing or two from mountainbiking.
Shame the highlights are not a little longer but better than nothing
This whole new paid broadcast, camera coverage of the track, commentary which is even not close to Rob Warner and stupid regulations that riders can't share their helmet cam run after a race is a one big shame. Discovery, UCI and GMBN - you suck.
Edit. Riders can share it but not straight after the race - there is a set time that must pass. But no other cameras than gopro are allowed, haha. Big tech cocks.
Honestly it's still worth the £7 a month the finals where hype, mens elite was so close and Rachel nailed it, another tense moment
@@mirekwnuk96 No helmet cams? Thats a huge error. Its the only way to ever see a whole run because its run so poorly from a fans perspective.
@@bhew7409 I didn't precise my comment, sorry. I was reading that they can share it but not straight after the race. They can do it after 2 days or something like that.... But no other cameras than gopro are allowed. That dictatorship is just funny, I'm surprised riders don't oppose against it and show those officials middle finger.
You should really reconsider your shorts containing massive spoilers from the races. Better to show highlights from runs rather than "winning runs"

About 3 minutes of actual racing as highlights? Pretty poor.

Great bike , rides smooth czcams.com/users/postUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L I added a bigger spring loaded seat to it . Takes a bit of adjusting cables to get brakes and shifting to perfect . I've owned quite a few bikes in the past that were absolutely uncomfortable to ride and they always ended up as garage wall decor . I'm not seeing that with this one. It's pretty light I've only ridden it a few miles but I like it . As for the pedals falling off in the other reviews , the pedal arms are aluminum along with the pedal studs look to be also . I would not overtighten them. I can see it would be very easy to overtighten them and strip the threads right off . All in all I think it's pretty good quality besides the aluminum pedal thing .

Rachel has commentated in the past. But she wanted to race today.
@@bimfred that's not what I mean - normally in the women's races they always had another woman who was an ex racer or knew it well (so Rachel did it once or twice) but I feel like that really helped add more perspective and insight that they couldn't add otherwise. Maybe that was just me, but it also helped the inclusivity I'm sure too
