It was not everything during apartheid which was bad,, our border was so tight to pass and safe, everyone was employed, we were having schools, clinics, water and our gravel routes were taken cared for, with low rates of crime, excellent service delivery,paying everything clinics, schools and service delivery
Luckily for you. We had no water, we got it from a dirty damn closed to home after school. We had no electricity till ANC came into power. One clinic am not even sure for how many communities. So some may say things were better before apartheid. I say not for majority blacks

I wasn’t sleeping hungry because my mother was a teacher but most of people in my area stopped sleeping without food when ANC introduced grants. There was nothing good for blacks under apartheid and I am not speaking about something I read here. I am talking about life I have lived. Luckily for me I grew up in a rural area so was protected from all cruelty blacks went through under white government. Never experienced racism till I worked as an Auditor at KPMG. Till now I am suprised at the amount of hate even white adult had and how they treated black professionals. People can fool themselves and say life was good under apartheid but they know the truth.

One of the biggest disasters for SA is how Transnet was left to fall apart. This caused a shift towards road transport, causing tremendous damage and carnage on our roads as well as rising inflation. If I was in charge, my first goal will be to fix the railways. Why does no one do anything about it?
