The company that now makes garbage. I'm in northern Canada. And your market share is going down. We bought 2 excavators last year. They barely run, emissions faults non stop. The amount of money we lost is huge. And most of the other owners I work along side are going to john deer or Komatsu. We spent 20k on nee burners and exhaust on a 6t on your mechanics recommendation still didn't work. Turns out it was a 500$ wiring harness. We just had a 2020 330 worked on by your mechanics costed 15k they couldn't get it to work just randomly changed parts.
I remember when you guys were the premium brand. Now no one wants them. Even the operators wonder how you can spend 700k on a dozer and get the worst interior of all the machines
Literally barely changed in 20 years.
You our guys spend 10hrs a day 24 day straight in them right? How about a seat that doesn't mess you back up.
A 8k bench isn't any worse.
Myself I'm excited to get our 1st 61 Komatsu.
