97% of the fans in vancouver want to trade the guy because he wants 8mill...but they will over pay boser and hope he grows into his new contract. its like reward the under achievers and get rid of your best players type message. no wonder the teams never won a cup. i wouldnt want to play in vancouver when the fans wanted you out. sadly fans think they will get mcdavid and makar with the trade picks aquired for him.

you don’t sign players for what they DID, you sign them for what you think they WILL do. Boeser is still young and has not even peaked yet. jt is much older and wants more. Brock also played through the slow tragic death of his father last season. if he doesn’t do good next season you can prove me wrong, but i see more years in brock than miller. by the time we reach contention miller might even be out of his prime.
@@sunshinegaming5458 brock scored 29 goals playing with the sedins he is already past his prime and on a steady decline...well miller is just getting better. kuzmenko was khl point leader might as well give him 8 mill he might be good. johnny hockey is same age as miller and calgary tries hard to keep him while dumb nuck fans trade their heart n soul players...might as well trade demko hes worth a few firsts

@@Ash-uh2ot So would anyone. Nobody would take any of those contracts for just a third though, especially not Poolman. Put it in perspective, Ottawa almost gave up the 7th overall pick to dump Murray. Vegas had to give away 2 roster players for free. I love Miller and want him to stay with this core desperately. Unfortunately its just not worth mortgaging futures again, lets leave that in the Benning era

Why was this video package actually created? The guy is nowhere near a flagship mainstay for this team, not a fan favourite, doesn't draw the view-count any other star player would, and you have all sorts of other content you could spend time creating. He whined about his team this year and could well be part of the problem in Vancouver right now that they are trying to remove. Typically these types of tribute videos are for meaningful players as well such as Brock Boesser for example.

JT was our best player this year. Scored better than boeser, passed as good or better than Pettersson, and drove the play as the heart and soul of the team on par to captain Bo (my personal favorite).
His “whining” as you say, was actually big in the lockeroom speaking on behalf of the team. (The bad cop to Bos good cop.) got them to bring in Bruce.
First 99 point season since the sedins in 2011. And 217 points in 207 games since joining the Canucks. JT Miller deserves MORE recognition around the league.
And even if the team is trying to trade him, wouldn’t raising his general profile among the league be a good thing? Help us get more value for him?
I just disagree with your take 1000 times over. JT might literally be the best Canuck in a decade. (Show me 1 player with a better 3 year stretch since Danny and Henrik)

Bo is the nice guy company man, JT is the keep it real outspoken voice. I’m going to miss him if he gets traded. Return better be HUGE.
