1) jisme sabse pehla principle tha "The peak end rule:- the end matter most" ye principle kehta hai ki jab bhi ham kisi se communicate kare to us conversation ka end message hame bhaut ache se batana padega kyunki haman mind me kisi bhi communication ke peak emotions aur eng hi yaad rehta hai aur baaki cheeze delete ho jaati hai.
2) Next principle tha Loss Aversion jisme hamne dekha tha ki communication karte waqt apne saamne wale insaan ko ye mat bolo ki aapki opportunity accept kar ke use kya fayda hoga balki ye batao ki aapko opportunity accept na karke use kya kya nuksaan ho sakte hai. Kyunki human mind profit se zaada loss se bachna zaada prefer karta hai.
3) next principle tha Focusing Question:- Ye point kehta hai ki main message bolne se pehle ek aisa focusing question pucho jis se saamne wale insaan ka mind aapke main message ko execute karne me help kare jaise ki Shopping mall me un dono scientist ne pucha tha aur vo focusing question tha " kya aap apne ko helpful samajhte hai"
4) Next point tha Sunk Cost fallacy:- isme hamne dekha tha ki agar ham saamne wale se chotti chotti investments karva lete hai chahe vo work ya time investment hi kyu na ho. Us se bhaut chances hai ki saamne wala aapke proposal ko accept kar lega. Jaise ki business partner dhundne ke bajaaye aap apne friend ko apne business me kuch time invest karne ke liye keh sakte hai. Beshak uske liye usi salary bhi kyu na deni pade.
