It's equal part ketchup and mayo, with a little bit of mustard. Some places will put relish in it. I worked at a burger joint in Utah where we made it from scratch. Super simple, and super tasty.

I used to make my OWN fry sauce. Literally I mixed ketchup and mayonnaise and we got that somehow
Step it up a bit and add a tiny bit of spicy mustard and then some pepper.

It depends on where you get it. Some places put some other stuff into it. Personally, I like to put BBQ sauce in it because it makes it more tangy.

I watched this before and thought pigs feet was weird but then i started watching Korean stuff and this doesn't even effect me anymore
idk what brand they tried... go for hormels pickled pigs feet.... only that brand if you want to not feel sick. yes pickled pig feet is gelatenous. however when you get it into your mouth it is like almost eating a delicious savory flavor of a warhead. with pig feet you have to eat around the bone. well hormel makes it easy for you. you would learn the difference if you try more than one version. also they don't leave the hair on the pig foot... hormel never has hair but i recently tried one with hair and it completely made me want to gag knowing i was trying to eat a hairy foot

Southerner here. I grew up on pickled pig feet from the corner store. As I got older I switched to pickled pig knuckle (ham hock). Way more meat.

Kevin Romero It's not about the consumption, it's about the treatment of the animals beforehand. The Yulin festival dogs are kept in horrible conditions, killed inhumanely (skinned alive, boiled alive, tortured, crammed into cages with 50 other dogs one on top of the other, etc) and then consumed. The reindeer in Alaska is farmed similarly to cattle and are regulated or, if it is wild, hunted and killed quickly.
Leah Bear if you are not aware a huge fuss is going around the internet about the "yulin festival" where they slaughter over 10,000 dogs etc but what people don't see is that themselves are also eating animals, all animals should be respected equally.

Fry Sauce is amazing! I am from Utah and I always forget it isn't outside of Utah much. It CAN just be KEtchup and Mayo but there are so many cool spices you can add to it to give it a little punch. I really love, Ketchup, Mayo, a little BBQ Sauce, and some seasoning all mixed together. It is so good!
The fry sauce is basically 4 parts mayo, 2 parts tomato sauce and 1 part mild American Mustard with a liquidized gherkin , and its amazing.
