@@a.s.2426I think he means from the beginning, a lot of coaches honestly make pennies. The boxing gym we’re I am is like 60 dollars a month for all that sacrifice is not even worth it. Then the coaches take the kids to tournaments without extra pay and coaches the kids in amateur matches without extra pay. They do it because they love it. It hurts when you sacrifice so much and when the kids becomes a star and instead of you guys to enjoy together they leave you for a different trainer similar to genady golovkin and Abriel Sanchez. Golovekin left him after he was with him since his amateurs because he did not want to pay him 10 percent if the Canelo fight money. Sad

@@clintinb5219 Yes, that's a fair perspective. I have read about this being the case. I suppose it comes down to what their exact history is and what their understanding was. However, I do find it strange that Bullet wouldn't allow Rolly to get additional coaching from elsewhere. It would be in Bullet's best financial interest, too -- quite possibly: Rolly wins more = more fees for Bullet. not sure why he cut Rolly off on that issue alone.

How does wanting to get better show disloyalty. There’s nothing knew that bullet is going to show Rolly after 8 years of the same. It’s time to switch it up. Look at his last 3 fights. There’s no growth.

Actually he low-key did great for rolly. Rolly did judo his dad is a master. Still teaches I think. Rolly had no skill or ability coming from a grappling background. Everybody ain't gonna be the best that's just reality but coach bullet definitely did right by rolly. He got him to the biggest stage that shit ain't easy. At all. He can improve in certain areas like any other fighter but rolly is as good as he will get.

I was in this exact position with my athletes and when the best athlete decided to leave I wished him the best and now I have many more athletes that has now passed his level. So it was a blessing in disguise coach. Hold your head up.

Salute to both rolly and bullet hope both well. It’s not easy leaving a coach or having a fighter leave.
With all respect to the trainers who teach the craft. Rolly has power, but his style of fighting and technics in the ring can use improvement. With that said, he needs to work with someone who is going to work on those things. He got hit and knocked down by Tank and, in his last fight, almost got knocked out again with the same shot in the Tank fight. So that shows that his team is not working with him improving his flaws. A trainer needs to see where the wrong is and work with that until it is no longer a problem or has been improved. Rolly still after his loss to Tank fights the same. We'll see what the new corner brings after a few fights .

I get where hes coming from, loyalty is everything. I think Rolly should've kept him on, it's better to have the mind of two trainers than one. It's not that easy. It's hard to make ppl a champion. Who does tanks coach have other tank Who is a great talent? Who did Miller have other than James Toney? Who did boiue fisher have other than Bernard Hopkins ? Not many coaches bring up world champs from scratch. I'm not a fan of bullet but he did a good job with Rolly to this point I guess. But sometimes you need to expand your game. He shouldn't be insecure about His fighters wanting to work with other coaches
To be fair, most coaches never even get close to producing 1 champion let alone multiple. Doesn't mean they're bad coaches, it just means its not easy to produce a world champion.

Bullet should have no hard feelings towards Rolly for seeking coaching elsewhere, nothing can take away what he accomplished with Rolly. And salute to Bullet for doing a lot of work for free. Pro boxing careers are short and they are business, so at this point Rolly needs to improve and it makes sense to accept guidance from someone else. But Rolly should for the rest of his life acknowledge and show respect for Bullet no matter where things go in the future.
