How to achieve nothing looks at time as a story so you stop feeling there is never enough time.
Are you serious about your time and purpose in life? Serious enough to ditch the idea of both?
Business time management is dead. Let’s look at time as what it really is - a story.
This book will show you that you can only stop the productivity and strategizing mania by recognizing that all you want is already available and it’s hiding in the ‘unexpected’. But you can’t see the unexpected because you live in a deceptive timeline (story) that is keeping you stuck in a never-ending time race, stress, impatience, comparing and overthinking.
The simple Time Reversal Formula will reveal your next action to take in any stressful situation - and it is not what you’d expect. Once you know it, stress dissolves effortlessly.
What if you could be increasing productivity without overthinking, strategizing, learning smart strategies, or changing your routine?
Ditch your productivity books, and go beyond personal success in business.
    Discover that:
It is never more time you really want (what a relief!)
What you deeply desire is the end of achieving and striving
Now is not a moment in time
Anything you do with a purpose, including your Life purpose, cannot make you happy
Achieving nothing is achieving everything, and it is effortless (without mental gymnastics)
Among spiritual awakening books, this is the Power of Now for time management for entrepreneurs and busy introspective people.
Liv Kissper MSc has a background in Transpersonal Psychology and Consciousness Studies. She guides and mentors purpose-driven entrepreneurs who always race against time. She trains them to collapse the deceptive timeline protecting the false self image keeping them in never-ending search, perfectionism, endless healing, self-doubt, and effort.

I really love your work Olivia, I love your meditation the most...and I want to read your book but the thing you said at the end sounds like this book is not for someone like me...idk
I'm a creative person, but my job isn't , plus I'm a mum and all my time goes to try make my family and myself happy....this is my purpose for now.

The book is about time and when your purpose, whatever it is, becomes stressful, you can see things from a new perspective. I’d be intrigued what a Mom thinks about this book. Let me know if you do read it â˜șïžđŸ™đŸ»

Congratulations 🎉 on the release of your book, Liv! đŸ„‚đŸŸ
I'm glad to have been following along a part of your process towards completing this book. 📖
Also I'm happy to have purchased your MINDFLIX audio. So I can let my eyes rest 👀 😮 đŸ’€ but at the same time still "watch" a movie playing inside my head/imagination. ✹

First, congratulations on publishing your book. I bought your book yesterday and I have a question about what you assert is true. You say on page 57 (you are discussing the now) "This reveals the inconceivable truth. The truth that nothing ever happened. We can't explain what is by the past." Consider the following scenario. A glass slips out of my hands and shatters on the floor. The "next" moment I notice the shards of broken glass. Based on what you wrote I can't explain the broken glass, evidently because the past never really happened. The problem is, is that it did happen and the conclusions I can draw about the broken glass are obvious to anyone. In fact a whole sequence of connected events are likely to happen because I dropped the glass. This is a big problem in your argument. Clearly I can explain one "now" with a previous now and in fact that is the only way I can process daily existence. If I oversleep, I will be late for work. If this happens repeatedly, I will be fired and I won't be able to pay my rent. I will be thrown out of my apartment and need to live in the street. It's a whole sequence of connected events. How might you explain the obvious contradiction?

    • @LivKissper
      @LivKissper  Pƙed rokem

I totally get what you're saying. It really seems very obvious. And I'm glad you're looking into this. Maybe I'll make a video about it. If you could ask a baby without the sense of time and 'self', she wouldn't see it as a continuous event. You can look up object permanence in babies. It's really unbelievable. We think that babies don't have the right understanding until they are older. What if it was the other way round?
But yea, if we talk stories and daily life, there is no application, the illusion has to be convincing.

I've been following you through the process with Platypus program - Substack & then purchased your Mindflix - which was beautiful. Although when I told you where I was in my entrepreneurship, you honestly told me this book was not written for a person at my place on the path. I ordered it anyway, because as I've followed you, I am intrigued by how it reads and the nuggets of wisdom I may get from it. I'll definitely leave a review. I'm still writing my book. Congratulations on this book and best of luck with everything. Looks like Costa Rica might be a place I'd love to live!

I think I have misunderstood your question. I googled the word you used later and it had a different meaning than I thought lol. So it's possible you also misunderstood what I said. Well, I'm so happy you're reading it anyway and I'd love to hear your thoughts. I thought it was exactly for you.

@@LivKissper Thank you for your reply, Liv. I'm so busy with my work, I rarely follow anyone, except people I can learn from - who already do the work I'm working on! I admire you as well, your story, your style - there's a resonance there. So thank you!
