hii sir i already started walking but later on came to know about some complications so i had go thru cerclage operation and after that i m on bed rest i m 23weeks pregnant please tell me can i walk as doctor said you can walk but the people around me scares me not to walk if you will walk it may lead to miss carriage 😢 please guide as i m not getting proper knowledge on this.. and i have observed nowadays when ever i stand for 20 min in kitchen my feet gets swelled kindly reply and help 🙏🏻🙏🏻 thank you so much sir

I was suggested Mirena for heavy periods.afetr it was inserted my legs started aching a lot that i had to visit a doctor who confirmed mild varicositis by seeing venous duplex scan.i could notice spider veins and reticular veins .does Mirena flare up varicose veins . Sir please reply

I can't advice regarding that. Continuation of Mirena would have to be discussed with your gynecologist. Any drug or device can potentially have side effects. But doesn't mean to withdraw them. Depends on benefit vs potential side effect ratio. Contact your gynecologist regarding same.

Birth control hormones cannot cause varicose veins. But yes they cam cause flare up or secondary venous issues.

Yes. It can. Many times grade 1 is a suboptimal diagnosis. Due to lack of doppler in standing position with valsalva.
