And in 94, Romania featured a truly formidable team that topped its group and reached the quarter finals through argentina to only lose again on penalties against sweden.
Создалось полное впечатление, что Румыния забила свой мяч из офсайда, а боковой арбитр умышленно не поднял флаг! К счастью Роже Милла, выйдя на замену, к этому времени забил 2 мяча и этот мяч румын уже не мог повлиять на ситуацию.

Soviet Union it was, they didn't compete as Russia at the time. Russia was one of many countries that made up the Soviet Union
