As a 16 year old with Lyme disease It’s so inspiring to see how strong Yolanda is. It’s a daily struggle, even though it is not as bad as hers. Seing her be so strong makes me keep going. She is a real Inspiration

What is lyme disease?

Being medically neglected and having people around you doubting that you’re sick is just so terrible :/ I’ve been through it myself, and I’m happy Yolanda is speaking up about this! She is such a beautiful brave person, so are her children. God bless them ❤️❤️

Same here, it is an ordeal being medical neglected and when nobody believes you. I relate so much with Yolanda's situation. I have been there and she had the strenght to go through hell with dignity and intelligence. I love her and the fact she spoke up about this. She advocated for her but also for ppl with the same situation, like me and many of us out there ❤
I have been chronically ill since the early years of our marriage (injured in an explosion, massive strokes, brain surgeries, S.L.E. , et al). Through most of it, we were living abroad. My husband has been beside me through it all. We will soon celebrate 33 years of marriage & are as in love as ever. He could have said it was, "Too much," but I'm so thankful that he is still here.

as a chronically ill person, i feel for yolanda. feeling like you’re a burden to everyone in your life is one of the worst feelings. feeling like you’re losing everyone slowly is draining. but there’s nothing you can do about it.
Yolanda depression is not only "just depression". Depression can bring a lot of symptoms. Anxiety is not just anxiety either. Comparing an illness to another one is just sad
I think she means it as in she doesn't "only" have depression. As in it is more, something else going on too. In the clip before you can hear her say to her friends that depression does have many symptoms, so I think she knows that, just that she knows her own body too.
I use "just" in that context often, so that's the feeling I got from her sentence. My mum has a chronic illness and I understand Yolanda's perspective and frustration. Of course she may be depressed, many people who struggle with chronic illness struggle with depression too. But their either illness and sickness isn't only caused by depression. Idk if that makes any sense

I remember working on the oncology ward for awhile and women who’ve had exactly this problem with silicone implants and leakage, the very same symptoms,
I have Lyme Disease, sometimes I can’t even get out of bed in the morning, and when I do it’s full of joint pains, fatigue, and anxiety. Although it has gotten much better, the days are still full of pills. To anyone with Lyme disease, I just want to say, it gets better! Keep going!, ♥️ xx

I honestly believe Yolanda is a strict mom, but not toxic or abusive in any way. I guess its an instinct bc she experienced being a single mom, and being one it really makes you tough, it really makes you the mom and dad for the kids. Decision makings are done alone, raising, and all that. After all, if she was, I think her kids would have hated her. Its not like they depend on her for money bc all her kids are successful now and yet they LOVE her. I guess we'll never understand their relationship. We don't have to. But from what I can see, she's a good mom, her kids love her, while people who criticize her have kids who want to get rid of them for being just that.

You had poison in your body. I never thought you were making it up. I know what it's like. I have genital nerve pain, due to severe endometriosis. Many drs have ignored and doubted my intense pain. So pleased you got better and can continue being a great mum and friend. Xx
As someone who has chronic fibromyalgia people don't realise just how bad it can be and in some cases the fibromyalgia flare up can last for years and years and the impact on life can be life changing.

my husband and I used to do so much things together. All the sudden he could not do anything anymore. It was quite a shock. I thought he was just being lazy. He only found out 10 years later he suffers from chronic fatigue syndrome. She describes the struggle well and the toll on relationship. Without my parents nagging me about family values I would have left my husband to his illness many times. It s still hard to accept but love grows in another way, acceptance too.

Lisa Renna is so so messed up for saying what she did. Yolanda struggles so much as do Bella and Anwar from this absolute horrible disease. Yolanda is too kind and humble im happy she left real h0use wives and that Mohammed sticks by her and they have lots of family outings and celebrations together. He stuck up for her and they've now gotten closer than ever.
I know a woman who had the same problem with her implants. I don't understand why this isn't common knowledge yet.

This is one of the very few hollywood people that actually understand chronic pain patients like myself. We all are told we need medication for mental issues. Cause its "all in our heads. Friends and family frequently say stupid things like "oh just get over it already..a walk will make you feel better." So I'm glad Yolanda speaks up. Her ex husband is a dickhead.

It's the implants, my friend's mom got cancer because of hers and died but she was ill for years. I don't think we should put foreign things in our body if it is not for a lifesaving reason.

This is just another reminder that your family - blood family (if you're lucky enough to have a close bond) comes before everyone! Husbands and wives may come and go but you're family will always be there! Anyway, that's my experience.
