Apologies if this feels too personal but watching this just makes me feel like I keep circling back to the same lack of understanding in myself that I seem to always had. I’m only 22 years old so maybe I’m just not there yet but not too long ago I had had a major ego death, this ego death made me feel like I was literally dying as nothing and everything made sense to me. I understood the grand scheme that is everything of our creation but….in that moment I felt like I had learned too much
The only thing my ego felt afterwards was this overwhelming sensation… I was struggling to grasp the idea of infinity and yet I feared the end of all things. I’ve never heard of this new perspective of nothingness that was presented in this nothingness….I grew up thinking nothingness was the true nature of death….to completely not exist or being consciously aware that you’re in a void. Blackened area completely absent of anything….completely absent of others. To be connected to the absolute and to return to the absolute makes me think two things: A)you become infinitely which sounds overwhelming when you think about one consciousness being aware that it is everything…. B) is the absolute…lonely? To be everything and nothing, maybe I’m thinking out of ego here but I would imagine that being everything and nothing would not only be overwhelming but also lonely… I’m young and I’ve seen how beautiful the world is and how wonderful the idea of “others” is. People are beautiful…or maybe I’m thinking these other reflections of the absolute are beautiful….I would hate for that beauty to…be erased, I worry I only feel this way because of my ego, because of my finite existence and that I become aware of what it means to be apart of the absolute…that all of these different reflections of the absolute that feels so real…would mean nothing.

Now I understand why Jesus said, “when you see me, you see the father.” Since we are joint heirs with Jesus (when we are saved) that means we are God or something along those lines. In hallucinogenic trips I’ve taken, and several of that of people I’ve known, many of the same conclusions have come up, I’m not sure if everything I’ve experienced is correct, but it’s fascinating that many ancient texts say similar things to what I call the “god head” basically like you said, we’re all small parts of a greater whole, and that we are the universe, and vice versa.

I have a question. I’ve heard about many NDEs where people of faith enters an afterlife based on their faith. And those with no faith experience a different type of afterlife which isn’t based on religion. And not forgetting those who claim to have entered into hell. My question is this: do we create our own afterlife reality based on our personal deep rooted beliefs?
My grandfather always says to me that I don't need to be afraid of hell because hell will always look like what you think hell needs to look like.

Very good and high-level question! Which you will find disappointingly few answers to. Indeed, the NDE stories are fascinating, not in the least to prove the 'construct' hypothesis. However, putting all the stories next to each other, they certainly do not align... the problem i see is that if someone did get super enlightened or whatever then they would not be making youtube videos, they would not start a church, they would not do any sort of preaching because a person would have to get there themselves. a being such as that wouldnt guide people to enlightenment because that would hinder a persons enlightenment. if a being did try and guide people it would be to a false enlightenment or else everyone would be enlightened because everyone would do it because a lot of people would start getting there.
How do you know what an enlightened person would do, unless you were such a person?
Also there is a Zen proverb that says "Before enlightenment, draw water carry water, after enlightenment draw water carry water." Enlightenment really is a change in perception. It is not a matter of not living it is that how you perceive the experience of life is completely different.
There is another Buddhist saying that "On the road to self-realization, in the beginner we see the mountain, in the middle the mountain disappears, then after realization, again the mountain appears." It is not about escaping life it is about seeing through the illusions of our perception and being liberated from limited beliefs. Then when we return from said experience we see the world but our entire experience of it is different and without the same attachment and desire and aversion. We see it as it is and thus engage it from a place of non-duality, non-separateness. Not thst I claim to be enlightened but I have had my breakthrough moments in meditation and have glimpsed the non-dual nature of reality for brief moments. Sadly the ego is a tough beast to tame and it pulls you down from the clouds if you let it. A moment of clear sky and then the clouds roll back in. But seeking enlightenment is busting clouds and it takes time to get to a point where whatever you are doing wherever you are there is a clarity a stillness in movement a Wu Wei existence that Zhuangzi speaks of

It is silly to think that the Creator of all was created. The one who created all is God. Only God can create.
Who told you that a human being?
The Immaterium or the Warp in 40k lore IS like the Spirit Realm but the Real Spirit Realm is separated in nature by vibration. So the Creator God created rules for Others which is Us. Our realm has been at the Lowest level, America's Constitution is the Second level, rules we create for ourselves on the idea of the First level. Yes, we are divine from the Divine and have inalienable Rights as Gods.

They never read us the bible or took us to church. They believed those were adult concepts for us to make our own minds up about. I didn't read the bible til 24 and when I did I asked in faith believing to be released from drug addiction and I had a supernatural healing experience. I have had multiple healings since then, including a meniscus tear in my left knee. So I know there is something very real about it, but I also knew Black magic worked, too, before I read the bible. I have found that there is a narrow path, too left and your lawless but too right and you're a legalistic dictator. I try to tread very lightly and speak only what I know is fact or my personal experience (my truth). Edit: Also, Jesus prefers to be called by his real Hebrew name Yeshuah (Yahshuah/Joshua). Try reading the book of Joshua from the perspective that Jesus wrote it 😎 it's a whole algorithm dude, they have messed with translations and outright redacted scriptures that the "cannon" bible references or quotes non-cannon books. You gotta read everything to get the big picture

The notion that God can not be comprehended, basically means that whatever God does command us to do, can also not be comprehended, which leads to the fact that basically God could ask everything of us, and call it good, which leaves us with the challange to dicern what actually is of God, and what not? I've read all the Seth/Jane Roberts books and was captivated by them all. The language is so rich, so poetic, so inspiring. I watched the video interview with her and her husband Robert, which was followed by an actual Seth session in her apartment which I found very interesting.

Very insightful video. I have been listening to videos about advaita vedanta and it also says the same thing about our existence. We are the truth. And it's difficult to comprehend it with our little minds because our minds are also the part of the creation.
