If he was a good person, he should've done the right thing. I felt like Rockstar could've done more with him. They should've gave his character a complete 180, and made him an antagonist for Trevor. There's was enough motive for them do that but they didn't. Trevor completely barged into his life and sorta fuck it up for him.

What I believed happened, was that Debra in the heat of the moment and lack of trigger discipline accidently shot Floyed. He bled and Trevor grabbed him and helped him onto the couch. Debra was in disbelief on what she has done and was hysterical and placed the gun down. Trevor then in a fit of rage got Floyed's knife and proceeded to stab Debra multiple times as he pushed her towards the sink. That's why you see soo much splatter in the kitchen. In a radio broadcast you can hear later in the game Floyd was gutted. So it most likely went Trevor ran to Floyd, grabbed the knife, gutted him then used him as a shield until Debra was out of rounds then stabbed her. Floyd is more of a play thing than a friend to Trevor. That one cutscene you get one of the times that you switch to him were it suggests Trevor raped Floyd shows this.

If we go by placement, Trevor was by the TV near the sliding doors, Debra in the kitchen and Floyd by the computer desk, I think Debra's finger was on the trigger and Floyd got in front of Trevor just in time and was shot by Debra. Trevor then grabbed Floyd's knife and ran after Debra, who freaked out and dropped the gun and started stabbing her repeatedly and slit her throat in the end. Just a hypothesis, tho because I'm going based on the placement of the fight and placement of the bodies.

Since Floyd had a knife, Debra possibly saw him as an immediate threat and killed him. Being inexperianced or running out of ammo (possibly both, Debra seemed extremely irrational and violent. Could've emptied the clip into him.) Trevor then grabs Floyd's knife and takes out Debra. You can tell he didn't want to and wanted to avoid unneeded bloodshed, he was the most calm person there. And this is Trevor we're talkin' about! (Trevor is obviously the most violent of the playable trio, but i don't think he'd outright kill someone who doesn't deserve it, doesn't offend him, or if he didn't plan in eating them. You've heard of his cannibalistic tendancies... The worst we've seen him treat innocents before getting to control him is simply knocking them out, stealing food, starting fights, or harrassing women. According to a news report on the radio shortly after, Floyd died from gunshots, which means he’s probably killed by Debora, and then Trevor stabbed Debora to death
Of course he killed them, it was obvious, since windows and Trevor's t shirt (at least in pc version) were covered with blood
this is fake number one thing he does Spawn the npcs inside the apartment and then kills him make it seems The bodies are in there but they’re not after the cutscene you can still mod the camera inside the apartment and you will see that there’s nobody is no bodies or blood in there because the game despawns the npcs after the cutscenes is over they programmed the game like that to save resorts and time
If we go by placement, Trevor was by the TV near the sliding doors, Debra in the kitchen and Floyd by the computer desk, I think Debra's finger was on the trigger and Floyd got in front of Trevor just in time and was shot by Debra. Trevor then grabbed Floyd's knife and ran after Debra, who freaked out and dropped the gun and started stabbing her repeatedly and slit her throat in the end.
Just a hypothesis, tho because I'm going based on the placement of the fight and placement of the bodies.
Honestly a lot less gruesome than I thought it would have been.

He probably used Floyd as a shield when Debra tried to shoot him then grabbed his knife and throw it to Debra killing her aswell. Then proceeded to maul and beat up both corpses during one of his usual insane raptus, covering himself and the whole house in blood.

Since Floyd had a knife, Debra possibly saw him as an immediate threat and killed him. Being inexperianced or running out of ammo (possibly both, Debra seemed extremely irrational and violent. Could've emptied the clip into him.) Trevor then grabs Floyd's knife and takes out Debra. You can tell he didn't want to and wanted to avoid unneeded bloodshed, he was the most calm person there. And this is Trevor we're talkin' about! (Trevor is obviously the most violent of the playable trio, but i don't think he'd outright kill someone who doesn't deserve it, doesn't offend him, or if he didn't plan in eating them. You've heard of his cannibalistic tendancies... The worst we've seen him treat innocents before getting to control him is simply knocking them out, stealing food, starting fights, or harrassing women. ( wow now that i reflect on it, Trevor is a BAD person! But i digress.)
What i'm trying to say here is this: if he had a choice, i think he would leave both Floyd and Debra alive.

Deb shot Floyd. Tried to shoot Trevor and missed because he dived toward Floyd's body and snagged his knife. She stupidly peers around the corner only to get a few lethal stabs, hence all the blood on him. On the verge of bleeding out, Deb runs for the balcony but is shot twice by Trevor. Someone probably had this figured out years ago, but f*** it.
