What makes this twice as depressing is that you can believe Trevor would be willing to do all this to avenge Michael. But if you choose to kill Trevor, Michael doesn’t even hesitate to join you in killing him.

This ending is pretty dark and depressing, Franklin kills Michael, Trevor wants revenge, kidnapped him, killed his aunt in front of him and tortured him. Franklin somehow is still alive after the torture, escapes, kills Ron and finally Trevor in the mountain. It's a pretty bittersweet ending where everyone dies, but it also feels right within the game. There's not much from Trevor after killing Michael, this makes sense with his character. It's pretty cool.

This actually makes more sense than what happened in the game. In the game trevor basically calls franklin and says _screw you you killed my buddy!_ and thats the end of it. I dont think Trevor would just get over it , he’d 100% try take revenge for Michael. So in the end it would be a last man standing between Trevor and Franklin. Would’ve made a good DLC.
