It's better when they do just news without those skits with other members. I do not watch those skits anyways.

But that was it? 6 minutes? WU should be twice as long. It's the only funny thing on SNL now. It used to be life threatening to be eating or drinking during the entire show.
I guess it was too short to split? I was confused, thinking on Monday this was still just a clip. So I waited, then forgot, and am just now watching it. Man....maybe I'm in the minority, but I like the side interviews?

It's one video because the Weekend Update for this episode was just Jost and Che delivering the news. No appearances by crazy characters or cast members either as themselves or as celebrities. Feels kinda empty, but SNL has done this before on other episodes, so it's not anything new or exciting.

I like that every morning when Katie Britt has breakfast she sees the spot in her kitchen where she threw away her political prospects.
Well, look at the likes of DeSantis and Ted Cruz and Matt Gaetz that are creepy and threw away their national ambitions, but remain entrenched in their states. US is turning into a hellhole, even the saner parts will be dragged into the abyss after the Supreme Court's done with their dismantling of government.
