I live in Tacoma. This house is actually in browns point. This area has the highest amount of stolen cars in the area. No wonder it’s so gated up! Nice place tho. I have driven by so many times when I lived down the street...

It's because it's in Tacoma, if you go further north up to lake washington around the Bellevue and Mercer Island area, a similar home would be $5-10M+
To much lived in Tacoma my whole life for the most part. No way in hell I'd spend that much to live here. I'd leave here if I could afford that home.
