Engwe Engine Pro problem - Banggood

I charged battery to 100% and during cycling my battery indicator turned red at 33% and bicycle shut down.
I turned on again and battery showed 0%. AFTER 1 hour or so, it shows 33% again but when I drive two minutes, my battery goes down quickly.

In the power settings, make sure level 5 is set to 99% not 100%

You draw over 700 W from the battery for a short time
At 27% it is normal that it switches off for safety reasons. BMS REGULATES OVER AND UNDER VOLTAGE
you have to go into economy mode.

Oder zu starken Regen auf dauer mögen die auch nicht so gerne. Ladebuchse am Akku an der Seite ist nicht wirklich zu. Feuchtigkeit kommt rein.

Das gleiche habe ich auch. Engwe EP2 Pro. Vielleicht der Akku, oder der Controller. Akku und Controller sollen gerne mal kaputt gehen.

It goes into turtle mode at 24%battery .

it's normal you have to set the power to 5 not to 3
