Probably not, because cutout/turn off value is not the same. Also voltage from 100-approx 85 is slow, then faster. Also when I turn on again after a few hours, shows approx 30% battery (approx where it died) but during driving dies from that 30 very quickly (I have other video) approx 1km
Does this happen if you have 50-100% battery charged? I used to have this problem with an old ebike it was the volts being to low when the battery got low...
Never buy from banggood again. I did once, they didn’t want to ship me my product after their fail. One advice before you open dispute on paypal, have strong evidence from their tickets and make screenshots of every reply you get. They will keep “trying to find a solution” and never will actually find one. Then simply open dispute with screenshots as evidence..
Yes, I did some screenshots and pdf printed parallel mail exchange with Warranty dept how they are “trying to find solution” or “will have a look at ticket personally”. They are full of BS
@@miros1524 exactly same as they did with me. Just keep in mind for due date for dispute. You might get partly refund for worth of battery and possibly controller for it. Which is nearly half the price of a bike.
@@janezhitori6203 I noticed that banggood is quite dodgy. I almost buy an ebike from them but after chatting only, I saw they are not serious. I think geekbuying is way more reliable. Anyway, I will buy this ebike directly from Engwe website. At least they have support.
Faulty battery. 1.5 month of daily mail exchange complaining to send me new one. They did. Old, obviously used battery which has the same problem. Rather want refund and order from new batch.
@@miros1524 did you try to contact Engwe directly or only with banggood? I think banggood is a dodgy company. I wanted to buy an ebike there but after contacting them for simple questions about product, the told me they will send me email and they never did. Also I notices they don't sell spare parts. If you buy from them a Laotie brand you may never have a faulty piece replacement.
Did you try to contact Engwe directly to ask them what's this problem? Maybe is the battery but maybe the controller.
Unfortunately in Europe we don't have many options of quality ebike brands. Engwe is the onlyone with reliable after sale support.
Depending on the actual range you got, this might just be a simptom for incorrect charge level readout.

No, only down to 30 approx, then it dies. Faulty battery. I tested different one and it worked normally.
Did you find the cause?
probably faulty battery. #rd week, still waiting for Banggood to solve the ticket

I have the exact same problem. Did you manage to solve it?

@@miros1524 and how did they respond to your request for a refund? Fingers crossed
@@johnybest3207 PayPal dispute. But It should also work with Shopify. Defo get them involved if you face lack of response
What happened then
I am still waiting for dispute solution, 3 weeks later. They did not reply only told me to "Charge the battery" -- WTF
