Unfortunately here in Sydney amidst lock down, we won't be able to take either ielts or pte since the test centers are all closed. If your visa is about to expire, go on covid-visa as long as your occupations are on the critical sector.

Monash University is asking for Degree certificate for admission purpose . If you have done here course in your home country that is in the SOL list but when you study there Australia for 2 years which is not in the SOL list than we can apply for PR based on the degree that you finished in your home country if you have a relevant experience in that particular field?? I had masters degree but could only find Uber part time work ,not enough money to pay the rent.

It would depend on the occupation. Its hard to get a PR when you have studied business in Melb, Syd or Brisbane.
