@@samirattar2122 that is great but I tell you this in Australia every organization supports the government,it's different from Africa where non profit organizations question the government and take it to court representing people who are disadvantaged, mind you these organizations are financed by the USA and EU,here in Australia such organizations do not exist, because their funders EU and USA will be assuming that Australia is a fair and good country and does not need oversight, guess what they are wrong.the flip flopping done on 5 year post study Visas and then banning the post study five year Visas in less than 6 months shows that the governing system of Australia is not stable,it's actually worse than that of African countries because African countries do not have such policy inconsistencies

I came to Australia in 2016 on a Working Holiday - then transitioned to Student, 485, and now on the 482. Next month is my 8 year anniversary and I’m left to wonder how much longer am I going to be ”permanently temporary.” Comparing the pathways in Europe I could have achieved PR there in 5 years. Really mind boggling how this system in Australia is truly broken and careless.

It's ironic that the housing crisis and inflation are being blamed on SC 500 and 485 visa holders, who aren't even buying houses. The real issue lies with Airbnb, wealthy individuals purchasing multiple properties, and foreign buyers. There should be stricter laws to address these factors. Universities in Australia thrive because of top international students, and the country continues to attract migrants. Australia's universities remain highly ranked thanks to the contributions of foreign talent. Everyone in this land once a migrant...
Eg what a joke, When they granting 491 they granting all the grants at same time, bulk grant, which is causing huge housing and job crisis in RDA.. 😢

Me and my family also waiting for 491 family sponsored visa grant since 2022 November , all the necessary documents were submitted in the first place to prevent unnecessary delays, provided PCC for the second time as it got expired through the waiting , After 16 months of the lodgement they sent a commencement email , we were so happy because we hoped that we would get our grant whithin 2 months after that , but sadly we got another s56 for to redo medicals After 20 months of the lodgement date because at that time our medicals were older than 18 months. (Usually they say medicals expires after a year, but as my observation they accept medicals within 18 months)
If they were efficient to evaluate our decision ready file whithin that 18 months that would not happen . I dont really know why they take such a long period to evaluate an application , In this smart and technological world they work as really primitive level of speed. Actually it cost us a significant amount of money to renew medicals and pcc s again and again . Some people are getting grants even before they hit even 12 months and here we are waiting nearly two years for the same visa grant after paying same amount of money, so unfair system DHA run.😥😥😥

What hurts more is that percentage of offshore to skilled migration is highest meaning, the job market has no value for students who study here. In America, the primary filter for job applicants is a local degree. Students spend a fortune on gaining education here and people from back home just apply directly for jobs here & move. Disappointing state of affairs. Why isnt offshore migration or refugee migration capped, which is the real problem?

    Hi Karl,
I hope this message finds you well. I really appreciate the information and issues you address on your channel.
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue faced by several 2022 491 applicants who have been waiting for 20+ months having to redo PCC & medicals.
Numerous 2023 applicants are receiving grants recently leaving behind many old applications, seemingly to show reduced processing times. It is disheartening to see individuals with similar occupations and fewer points, who applied after us, receiving their grants before us.
Processing times have no meaning and despite surpassing these times on multiple occasions and engaging in follow-up communications, our applications remain in limbo.
We fear that with the upcoming invites, our applications will be pushed further behind.
I hope you will highlight this unfair treatment by the DHA towards 2022 applicants in your channel and help ensure fair processing.
    Thank you.

Hi Karl, yes. It's the ministerial direction 100/105, and then it's to our understanding that after priority cases which are now regional sponsored, and then the typical priority occupations it was supposed to be "visas are processing in order of date it was received/lodged" then it's the waiting Karl, we are waiting since Oct 2022. No issues, no complications, proactively renewed pccs thrice now, redid medicals as well, nothing else asked....after they get what they need from us then they go rogue on us. Nothing from them, no communication in almost 2 years other than 1 s56 for medicals. Not even a courtesy email or something to say that "Hey we are aware of your file " 22 plus months currently Karl. Please help us bring this to the media. Thank you and God bless ! 🙏

Easiest way is to find a partner. All those visas atm are under overwhelmed process procedures and probably luck of immi employees.
I studied and worked in Australia for 7 years, being checked sending pcc from Australia and my home country almost every 1,5 years. Was always working on payslips, legaly, paying taxes. Atm Im waiting 17 months to get my 491 visa approved even though I lodged all the documents with supporting documentation and all I got after 14 months was commencement email which is nothing than put me on stand by without the reason, never got s56 as all docs are up to date. Im from European, non terrorism country, most of my documents are from Australia, all is easy to check but it looks like it doesn’t matter as I see people who have never been to Australia, having less points and getting grants quicker. My job is on priority list all around Australia. All these processes are very weird.

    Hi Karl,
I appreciate you for the wonderful videos you do. Thanks for the effort.
This is to bring to your attention that many 2022 files for the 491 Family sponsor and state sponsor have been pending. After several S56, 2022 applicants are still waiting for the grant. It's almost 2 years since the 2022 applicants have been waiting for a grant. We have paid huge amounts for the visa processing and again for the PCC and remedicals, yet we have not been granted a visa. Why is there so much delay? Why are 2022 files sidelined? Why are 2022 files not getting grants? How come 2023 files are granted and 2022 files are pending??
The applicants who applied in the year 2023 are getting grants, but there seems to be little to no movement in the 491 Family sponsored & state sponsored grants. It is heartbreaking to see that people who have applied in 2023 have got their grants, yet 2022 applicants have been sidelined, and all are waiting for the grant for the past 21 months. I have crossed the processing timeline too. People are so frustrated by the injustice of DHA. I kindly request you bring this issue to the light which would help us to get grants soon.

Hi Karl, thanks for the vdo. I have curious with all the changes happening like reduction of experience eligibility for 482 visa but why is there no talk of reducing eligibility criteria for 191 visa. We live in regional Australia making it our home and we still have to wait for 3.5 years including 191 visa processing to get there. I wonder who would move from calm regional areas after living there for 5-6 years. Can the govt consider this with a petition or something? Something that needs a change.

I am happy these people have been removed from government. Australia should close their borders to immigration like Hungary and Co. So that the world will know what they stand for and not inconsistencies in immigration policies thereby wasting immigrants time. I miss the beautiful country, though. Highly liveable and more organised than even the US.

I picked Australia over US 10 years ago exactly for that reason: more liveable and more organised than US, especially when gun ownership is more regulated in Australia. I still stand by my decision today and would pick Australia again should I make the same decision again if I have to pick between Australia and US.

The USA is centuries ahead of Australia, the economy of Australia is three times smaller than the economy of California and also California's economy is bigger than that of all countries except China ,the USA is best and unmatched in ICT and engineering I have friends who moved to Australia decades ago but they had to go back to the usa.the USA is great and it is best on government policies and laws they dont flip flop like what Claire was doing, the usa has the best governance system on earth, and australia EU and others are its vasal states

@flemingmeendee6917 Okay. Mind you, I didn't mention economy but liveability. Australia's population is less than California's, with less crime, less homelessness, fewer illegals, etc. ICT requirements in Australia may be less than America because the need may be less as par 10% the population of America.
