- The video details the incident of October 6, 1983 at Dhilwan in Kapurthala in Punjab which led to the dismissal of then Congress government led by Chief Minister Darbara Singh. This incident also marked the beginning of the series of incidents leading upto the events of June 1984 that saw Punjab in its toughest ever challenge in its recent history.

One of the Dhilvan Kand killer told to Journalist Jagtar Singh that they were five who who killed Hindus from bus. It is written in book Rivers on fire. Labh Singh, Surinder Sodhi were main attacker. They came from Darbar Sahib and went back to Darbar Sahib.
