I go to that outlet. It's the best one in the area.
Its $2.89 now if you buy under 25 pounds. $1.00 less if you buy over 25 pounds.
Glass and electronics are much cheaper.
Lauren Ralph Lauren sells well in larger and plus. It also does surprisingly well in Men's like slacks! Thanks for another great video.
Was going to write that as well. I had a 100% silk skirt that I got from the bins in a size large that sold for $30 in two days.
Lauren Ralph Lauren does realllllyyyy well in plus sizes! I would have picked that up!! Of course if it’s made with substantial material, it will increase the value too! Love your videos!
I love that you mention the time invested in sourcing and being efficient. I live in a smallish town and the folks at my local Savers refer to these 2 guys as being "the real hardcore resellers". I smiled and thought, they stand in the most expensive thrift store anywhere for a full 8 hours a day, M thu F, what is the return on that kind of investment? Then I drive off to the bins in my brand new car...lol.

I've been picking up Ralph Lauren to include in my Flyp consignment lots. I come across it regularly at the bins, so nice to be able to pick it up for that purpose.

I've had some good luck with Lauren Ralph Lauren, some of his sweaters, jackets blazers and coats have done well for me if they are made of good materials or are vintage. Some of the comps for that brand can be surprisingly good!

I don't live close to a goodwill bins(literally went to my first one a few weeks ago when visiting friends), but we did recently get an Amazon returns bins and I have found small furniture items (shelves, plant stands, storage caddies etc ) sell really well on Facebook marketplace. I'll pick them up on 5 or 3 $ days and usually get 10-20 for them in a short turn around time. Reselling is just my side hustle but I'm an avid thrifter so it just made sense to incorporate it.

Yesterday, I sold a brooks brothers cashmere sweater! It didn’t even have the brand / size tag, but it had the fabric content and rn number. Still got $50😌 will definitely be picking that brand up at the bins again!

I shop at the bins in the Vancouver area (just north of you) - do you wash your items from the bins before selling, or just steam them to get them to look good?
Can't wait for your comparison to the Goodwill store. I always wondered of the bins are really worth it sometimes. Recently I got lucky at a Goodwill store and found a brand new Tumi leather backpack, HOBO international bag, Oncloud sneakers like new and a pair of Hokas within like the first 30 mins. All sold within a day each well over a hundred.That would never happen at the bins.

I wonder if the linguistic divide between Gen X and Millennials is in the usage of the proposition with the word "BASED". Gen X says "BASED ON", the younger ones say "BASED OFF OF" (which is grammatically incorrect :-) )

I noticed you use a ton of stock photos or marketing photos from brands as your top image on ebay - do you ever have issues with companies taking issue with your listings?
Resellers just starting out should test the waters with things they already own but for whatever reason don’t use it or like anymore.
