That's a neat piece of kit that enables you to make your own fuel lines . Great repair 👍

When plastic fuel lines came to be, they first avoided plastic tight against the engine or near the cat, presumably because of heat. More recently I've seen cars with plastic going all the way to the engine. This car had that short line with two connectors, but that might have been to facilitate installation at the factory. I like the way you did the best you could to protect and route that line.

It's crazy how everything is transitioning to plastic. Thank you, all I can do is my best 👍

Good job getting that hose to be positioned in such a way that it stayed bent perfectly to go around the obstacles. That hose fitting kit looks super handy.
I know some people love the way those Nitros look, but I think they're ugly. I'm fine with that, the world would be a dull place if we all liked the same things.
Nice job. It's always enjoyable to see a person who takes pride in their work. You are very thorough and always try and do the repair to the best of your ability. The quality of work coming out of your garage is far better than the local shops around you, I'd be willing to bet on that.
For some odd reason a small gasoline leak like that puts off a stronger smell than a dripping leak. Maybe it has something to do with the rate of evaporation or something. I dunno, I'm not Mr Science here. I did date a hot science nerd in highschool.

Look at the hose removal tool again. One of those forks should be labeled “ hose”. Make a difference? Dunno, but I follow tool advice.

Parts a becoming a pain in the ass. I spend alot of time just waiting on parts.

I hear you! Something you wait all the time only to find the part doesn't fit or work. 😫

Man, those cars look goofy. Like a fake, non-copyright car straight out of Saints Row 2
