    Loved your review of Scotty's everyday keto pizza dough. I tried this last week and pretty much came to the same conclusion as you did. I ordered another one a few days ago and it'll be here tomorrow but what I'm thinking about doing is adding a little bit of Bob's gluten-free active yeast. I felt the dough like you said was a little dents and I'm wondering what's your thoughts? Although I'm a cooker I'm not much of a baker and so I was reading some reviews about adding yeast to this mix and letting it proof for an hour.

      Thank you so much I’m glad you enjoyed it! Baking is such a weird science that I love to experiment with and I don’t think adding a tiny bit of instant yeast would hurt, I don’t think we’ll ever have the ‘snap’ of regular dough, however the yeast will at the very least lend a bit more of that traditional flavor! I also think having a hot pizza stone would greatly improve the texture as well. Please let me know how it goes!!
