    Mera height 4.6 hai or weight 38kg h jbki 50 hona chaiye to kya kr hm iss supplement ko use kr skte h but hm heavy exercise nhi krte h...

      Aap ye le skte h lekin sirf ise lene se weight gain nhi hoga.... Aapko proper diet follow krna pdega.... Agar aap proper diet follow krege or exercise krege to vo jyada shi rhega....

      Creatine lene se aapka 1/2 ya 1kg tk weight bd skta hai... Lekin aapka weight aapki height k hisab se bhot km hai... Isliye aapko proper diet lena pdega.

      If you feel that you do not work out too much and you do not need a lot of creatine then you can reduce its serving a little. You can take it 4 grams.

      Nhi... Hmari body khudh creatine bnati h. Ye un logo k liye h jo gym ya exercise krte h.. Agar aap ise lege to iska negative effect aapki muscle pr ho skta h..
