    My agent is an 85 years old woman. Doesn't excercise. Developing back ache, muscle loss, weakness, slight high blood sugar, has creatine in her urine. Quality of life diminishing. Dr. Told her not to take creatine.

      It’s an awesome supplement for anyone aging! And shoes efficacy in Teens but supplement quality is the issue as well here like all supplements with teens or people in general

    Thanks doc for such an informative video. If we were to focus on enhanced workout performance, I was told creatine might not be as effective for someone with less amount of muscle mass. By this logic, since women naturally have less amount of muscle mass compared to men, can I understand this as creatine might not be as effective for women as it is to men? Please correct me if I'm mistaken.

      Women is just as effective in women as it is men and can help with building more of that muscle mass!

    Hello dr .. I m 45 and hv just started taking pre workout which contains creatine., beta alanine n caffeine, I tk this once in 15 days not regular tat too not more than 5 gms .. apparently I hv missed my periods ., I’m worried is it bcoz of this supp.. plz do reply 🙏🏻I also supp with whey post workout.. also I had pain at the exp date of my menstrual but it didn’t show up . I’m tensed 😢

    Can you miss out on your period completely for a month if you take Creatine?

      That would not be caused by creatine and if you’re missing your cycle please talk to a doctor

    Would the water retention make period symptoms worse? I have suspected endo and get massive bloating that is very painful. I just get scared if im going to make it worse..

      its in the muscle cells, not as bloat! and appears to be minimal, and actually may help with fluid balance in the luteal phase

      @@sarahjames1806 of course!! And if you noticed some water retention at first don't freak out, it will even out or is just muscle weight on the scale not fat/bloat!

    Thanks Alyssa! Why is the dose the same if you're 140lbs or 250lbs? Am I wasting creatine by taking the full 5g?
