    I know I'm late here but, guys are so straight to the point! No fluff, long talk, long noisy intro, no posing, just straight facts. This is the best video I have seen on Creatine for women ever, thank you!!

    It seems like most fitness channels cater to men bc most popular channels are by men so I’m never sure if I’ll have similar results.

      Creatine on its own has a range of benefits, but those already-expansive benefits expand even further when you stack cordyceps extract alongside creatine. Everyone's body's different, but the chemistry is simple enough: cordyceps boosts circulating levels of ATP, whereas creatine recycles used ATP. Cordyceps increases vascularization as well, and nitric oxide seems to become more prevalent when you use this boost-ATP-and-recycle-it option, which has benefited me tremendously. (Down from 250lbs to 198lbs, as of last week; topped out 290lbs, but lost that first 40lbs before I started using either. In short, SUPERB for breaking through such plateaus, in addition to the myriad applications of returning to training after injuries--my elbows and shoulders are better off for this discovery.)
      Here's where I learned this method: czcams.com/video/luxoeimWMnc/video.html
      P.S.: I personally prefer cordyceps sinensis, but many people report that cordyceps militaris is just as good. And yes, to answer an obvious question, women can take it just like creatine (or cistanche): unisex benefits, though again, every body's different...

      "Research suggests that the best time to take creatine is after a workout because it has a more positive effect on increasing lean muscle mass and muscular strength. But there are also some benefits to taking it before your workout because your body can digest it fast enough to be able to utilize it during exercise."

      Are you a male? Can’t tell from the username. But creatine can increase DHT which leads to hair fall IF and only you are prone to hair loss. Aka genetics.

    • @mzartdesigns
      @mzartdesigns Před 2 lety +1

      I think it depends on the ingredients. If it’s pure creatine, it’s probably ok because we do produce it naturally, just not enough but if it has additives, probably not. But keep asking different doctors to find out! Can you take protein powder while pregnant? Whatever the answer to that is might be the solution.
