No oven No steaming, Oreo Eclair Dessert Box, melted and really delicious. Can really make sales

  • Hi, this time Hel made Oreo Eclair dessert box, it tastes good and it melts in the mouth. It's also easy to make, without oven without steaming.
    The recipe is adapted from the eclair cake recipe Ms. Rinadedik
    Oreo Eclair Dessert Box Recipe

    Custard Ingredients:
    - 4 egg yolks
    - 90 gr sugar
    - 30 gr cornstarch flour
    - 500 ml of milk
    - 25 gr unsalted butter
    - 1 tsp vanilla paste
    Whipped Cream:
    - 100 gr whipped cream powder
    - 250 ml ice water
    How to make: Mix all ingredients, mixer to stiff peak (I use Haan whipped cream, the packaging size should be 100 gr for 200 ml of water, but it still works if the water is 250ml)
    Oreo Crumb
    - 20 pieces Oreo, separate the cream, grind it (if you like Oreo, you can use more)
    Chocolate Ganache
    - 125 gr dark cooking chocolate
    - Oreo cream
    - 75 ml full cream milk (the original recipe uses liquid whipped cream)
    How to make: Mix all the chocolate ganache ingredients, cook until the milk is hot, turn off the heat, then keep stirring until the chocolate and cream dissolve completely
    How to make:
    - Mix the eggs, sugar, and cornstarch, stir well, add 250 ml of water, stir well. Set aside
    - Heat the rest of the milk, butter, vanilla until the butter melts, put the egg mixture earlier and cook it until it boils while stirring it.
    - Sieve the dough, so that there are no lumps, cover the dough, let it cool to room temperature or put it in the refrigerator
    - After cool, mix the egg custard dough and whipped cream, stir with a spatula until well blended.
    - Stack the Oreo crumb and the dough earlier into the container alternately. And last, pour with chocolate ganache. Give topping according to taste.
    - Keep it in the refrigerator first, will taste better
    Note:
    - The finished whipped cream should be stored it in the refrigerator when still waiting for another process.
    - If you want the chocolate flavor to be less dominant, you can reduce the amount of chocolate ganache a little, or just pour it thin.
    - Update: if there is liquid whipped cream, just use liquid whipped cream for ganache, so that there is no gritty impression. I use UHT milk, I think it's delicious too 😉.
