      @dariasstalbottson6067 If I am not mistaken, in 1995 Liverpool won a match against Blackburn, even though it would help ManUnited to possible win the title, and while them being big rivals, Liverpool and their fans still celebrated the win. So now, what is the difference between them and us? Well, very simple, they have the most trophies in England and are the two most successful clubs, either we want to be like them one day, or we keep being spursy.

    • @John-gi8jg
      @John-gi8jg Před 20 dny +5

      @dariasstalbottson6067 Levy is a big problem yes, but if we fans dont change either, then we are being hypocrites. We have to want to win every game, thats how you become successful. I really hate Arsenal, and I dont want them to win anything, but if they are in a position to win trophies, then we need to work to also reach that position, and not simply try to sabotage them.

    How we feel and how we act are two different things. From the fan perspective, if you FELT ok about losing to City - fine. Like you say, everyone has a right to feel how they feel. But to ACT that way, in the ground, with your team on the pitch giving it everything... is just wrong.
    And it's not just about how Ange feels. How does that make the PLAYERS feel? I'd be shocked if at least a few of our top players hadn't at least had a conversation with someone about looking elsewhere after that. Is that what the fan base wants? The few genuinely top players we have thinking they'd rather represent a club whose fans DO want to win under ANY circumstances?
    And for those who keep stating this is practically a once-in-a-lifetime event - what makes you think that? Don't you think Arsenal and City will be going toe-to-toe next season? On current evidence, it's very likely they WILL!
    Will WE be there in the mix? Well we sure hope so, but 20 points is a big gap to bridge. Possible? Sure. But there's a lot of variables involved first, and to think Arsenal won't be within touching distance again next season is just naïve or willful ignorance.

    Trust me spurs fans don't realise how lucky they are to have such a passionate manager, the players definitely believe in him, the club needs to support him and the fans need to get behind him then he will get a trophy 🏆🏆🏆 .
