Ross: good for keeping your eye on the critters. You could use it to check the tops of trees for rot. Good info. 🤓
Ya it's a bit limited in that respect, it's more geared towards a selfie stick. Not meant to go very far. More like incapable of going far.
This Hover X1 will certainly help make better videos for you Ross. I am amazed at how it flies so well around and through the trees.

Thanks. It has trouble following from behind, as it really is looking for human shapes, next I'll be testing with the Tractor to see if it can follow.
That was awesome Ross. Pretty impressive for sure. Was wondering how it would maneuver around trees. That will make for some good shots in videos for sure. 👍
It's sketchy at times as there are no flight sensors, and is basically fixed to your body. So some creative maneuvering is required. But I really like it.

I think it has a place, although it doesn't like following from behind when riding in the mule, it needs a person to track. So that may be a limitation.

It is nice but has no sensors so you kind of have to predict where it's going to go based on your position. Thanks

Hi Ross thank you for the Stickers. I put them on my Billetin board . I took my snow plow off the Kubota bx1880 today no more snow summer time. Did you take the snow blower off the Kubota bx.

Ok so. This has a rather specific use case. It's best to consider it a selfie stick without the stick. It has a limited range, and height and is limited to 11 minutes flight time per battery. And can't fly for miles.
But!
I wanted a super easy, no hassle floating camera to do establishing shots in between my regular camera shots. To give a broader perspective and view. And it is excellent at that. I would buy it again
Now you need to sink up some audio to the video. How many times has it ran into something? 😮
Ya these are my initial tests, the audio works by talking into my phone, and it removes the drone propeller sounds. That'll be my next test
