Hey girl. It’s sad when you share property with neighbors who don’t wed their yard. You should get mulch glue, does wonders. You won’t have to worry about the mulch washing away. Everything looks beautiful as always..❤
Hello there Sheron, thank you, I can always count on your good suggestions. I appreciate you so much! 😊
I love the big rocks on your sloped front yard & the hostas. It looks so good. Weeding is a rough job.
Hello Mardi, thank you so much. I love once I’m finished weeding and I can really see the difference. I have to say that is my favorite part about making videos. Have a blessed evening! 😊
Hi Daphne, you did an amazing job clearing out the weeds and it is a tiresome job but you make it look so easy. Love the landscaping of your front yard. You are such an inspiration to me to continue to work on my landscaping as well. TFS❤😊
Hello Beverly, how is your summer going? Thank you so much. That is definitely why I share my videos and I’m so happy you find them inspiring. One task at a time is the best for getting things done. Have a blessed week! 😊
Those are tough looking weeds. What a lot of work!
Hello Rozanne! Yes they were so many especially because of all the down pouring rain. 😂
Thanks Daphne! Motivated to tackle my weeds now.😊
Hello Belle, awesome, I’m so happy I motivated you. Have a blessed weekend
Hi Daphne, this is Georgia again. I live in Georgia and the weather here is soooo hot. I've been trying to keep up with the weeds but it's difficult when it's so hot outside. You've motivated me to get up early in the mornings and try to weed before the temperature heats up. Thank you for sharing, you did a great job with the weeds....Beautiful
Hello Georgia, I’ve heard about how hot it is in Georgia. Yes, try to get out early and work in 10 minute intervals and go inside and cool off. 😊You will be surprised how much you can get done in just 30 minutes. Thanks so much! Blessings to you!
Thx for sweetly sharing your hard work. Weeds are a lot about Life, right? The struggle continues.
Hello there Holly, Thanks so much! That is so true!
Hey Daphne! Yes indeed this rain has been quite something. The weeds are popping up everywhere. 🤦🏾♀️Thanks for giving me the motivation to get out there and tackle them. 😥
Oh, thanks so much O!
Love love, love your stone work on your home, steps, paths, etc. Always wished and hoped for them❣️You do an amazing job. I live in zone 7a in the western North Carolina mountains. Love your energy and try to channel you when I work in my yard😂😅😊😊❤😊
Hello Anne, Thank you so much the hardscape is really what sold me on my home. I was so pleased to see that it had a beautiful structure. It is hard work but so worth it. Thank you so much , I’m so happy you enjoy my videos. Remember to make a list and tackle one task at a time. Have a blessed week.
Those are some tough looking weeds. Slopes can be hard. Nice work!
Thanks, yes, this is the toughest area to weed especially in the middle. 😂🤣
Have you considered adding river rocks at the bottom of your sloped front beds? With the rocks you never have to remulch or worry about wash outs. Or planting ground cover evergreens to control weeds and erosion?
Hello S Rizzo, I hadn’t thought about rocks but I like that idea. I think I may go with that. Thanks so much. Ground cover also sounds good. What would you suggest? Have a blessed evening.
I always enjoy your outdoor videos, i love your selection of plants
Thanks so much! 😊 enjoy your week!
Hola. Ive been around forever. Kym from Ohio 😂 I love how well u take care of ur yard & it definitely shows. Thats very neighborly of u. The mulch definitely elevated the space. Love the recap. U have done an amazing job as always. TFS have a great week.
Hey Kym! 😂🤣 thanks so much. I definitely try. Have a blessed week!
Hi Daphne! I'm Nicole from New Jersey. Your videos give me so much motivation to go work on my own yard. Love your style!!
Hello there Nicole, it is nice to chat with you. Thank you so much. So you have been having the same wet hot weather as me this spring/ summer. 😂 I’m glad my videos are helpful for you. Are you working on a project or just upkeep? Have a blessed ending of the week. 😊
@daphnesoutdoorliving6146 Yes, the same exact weather. My husband and I created a new garden bed along the back gate and it came out pretty well. Now we are working on a paver patio, whew, there are so many details to this thing, lol! I hope you have a blessed week as well!
Hey my hard working friend. I need to get some weeding done as well. This weather is so tricky. It would be sunny and I'd walk outside and it would start raining. Lol. We need the rain, so I take it a chill day. Great yard work mama tfs. ☺️💐💐💐
Hello Lateish, thank you so much. That is definitely the problem here and is why mine got out of control. 😂 the good thing is the ground is soft and easier to pull them. Blessings to you.
Great job!
Hello Karen, thank you so much. I hope you are enjoying the summer. Is it really hot where you are at?
I love your videos.I am from Beautiful Barbados.
Hello Heather, it is nice to chat with you. Thank you so much. How is your summer going in Barbados?
@@daphnesoutdoorliving6146 We are a sunny island on the whole but I am doing great thanks.
I really want to visit Barbados! Have a blessed weekend
Those trees are to big for the front door area it blocks out the beauty of the house but if you keep them there cut the the limbs out of the wslkvway
Hello there Pauline, thanks, I do plan on trimming them back once it cools down in the fall. Are you also working on your outdoor area?
