    Good video! For very beginners: Take a deep breath in through the month; as much as you can! Start to blow out through the nose, than go underwater and continue blowing out air through your nose for 1 second or 2 seconds forcefully and stand up, repeat 1000 times:) Sorry, repeat only 5 times. As you gain confidence blow out longer through your nose 3 seconds, 4 seconds and come up for air. Remember to breath in through your mouth when completely above water.

    Luckily my smartphone comes with IP68. Now I can watch this video while learn to swim underwater.

    I am facing difficulties in breathe out air from nose under water. It works smoothly if I am not fully submerged in water.

      No you dont drink it. When air cones out of mouth water can not enter

      Kept trying 1 hour a day for a week. Relaxed myself everytime. Start exhaling before going underwater, slowly. It was hard for me, but most beneficial for me was to relax while doing anything in water.
      Keep trying everyday. It'll get easier in time.

      Yup! You cant breathe in the water- just exhale.
