I asked him to reconsider twice. It's been a month since the break-up. One week of NC which i broke 4 days ago because he suddenly blocked me on FB and WhatsApp and unfollowed me on Instagram. Back to NC. Not sure if he'll come back. Just want to be mentally strong and move forward even if he doesn't come back.

We still live together. After 27 years he said it was over. He never said he didn’t love me anymore. I was controlling, put him down etc.
Since then I have gone out, he checks my watsapp status. He stays with his friends on Friday and Saturday night. Then Mon- Thurs he works evenings. He has said he hates staying out on Friday and Saturday night. So why do it?
I broke no contact after 3 long paragraphs sent to me about her finally healing. I guess they were breadcrumbs because once i started talking about reconciliation she brought up the past again. This is the 2nd time of no contact for 30 days. I told her its better if she unfollows me and doesnt message me anymore but she said she likes the line of communication that we have now. Shes finally healing atleast i got that answer. She said she hasnt downloaded any dating apps and that she might never fall in love again. Rebuild trust here but how?

He broke up with me last month..since one month i m begging not to break things he used to talk to me , but not ready to commit as he says he is not able to forget about my mistake ( i have not told him something about my past relationship) he is not able to digest because he is saying it is coming into his ego. I have been begging to leave past and try to forget. But he is not ready to commit, acting very weird, giving illusion full answers saying he is 50/50 sure that he wants to be with me or not..
what should i do??? 😞

How do that if there no contact
I work with my ex, so we usually see each other almost everyday. How can I implement No Contact. She has changed her wardrobe and always passes by work station. How should I act?
It's difficult to use the no contact in this situation but you should at least put as much distance as you can. If you need to talk to her for your job you can do it.
Actually my ex was done with me in sept month, after on march month , he opened a fake account and asked me to be his friend ( am in no contact at that time) . He also got jealous , he was curious to know about my current activities, he asked me to share everything with me, he flirted with me. After i asked him to confess him that he was my ex, but he refused. Then i pinged him after 20 days, he spoke like an uninterested guy and blocked me. Now he is not talking with me in fake account also... does he have still feelings on me???

She is expecting a reaction but you should control your emotions and not talking to her about her Tiktok.
