For a light hearted sit-com there's an awful lot of heads being cracked in the opening montage.Reminds me of the ending montage from Stallone's The Lockup with the strains of Jimi Jamison's Ever Since the World Began wailing over the top.
beside the music, still does look like some real serious show.

I liked it, it's got that cute approach of family drama... would've loved to see a frame of the family having supper during the last seconds, in the seventh heaven fashion. LOL

Some of these scenes don't exactly fall into the category of clips used for a sitcom intro... scenes like Meadow trying to sneak back into the house would have been a perfect choice if you just used the shot focused on her trying to open the window, not Carmela chastising her, which, was funny when she realized it was her daughter, but the gun definitely takes you out of that element, same thing with Tony flipping the table and getting in Melfi's face.

how does the gun take you out of the element? whats wrong with flipping the table? these things help to put me in the element of "fun family show" the way youve learned about it at school, its the same thing
You couldn't have picked less appropriate scenes for a sitcom if you had to.
